THE EFFECT OF NURSING ROUND TRAINING ON PATIENT SATISFACTION IN NURSING SERVICES AT RS X JAKARTA

Nursing rounds is a method used by nursing to explore and discuss in depth the problems of on patient, as well know implementation care standard that has been performed improve service quality. This research aims see effect training patient satisfaction with at RS X. We use pra-experiment design research, pre post-tests without control, conducted from July 207 January 2018 X Jakarta. The sample 46 respondents. intervention nurse, evaluation questionnaire patient. Data analysis Chi-Square Mann Whitney Tests. shows very satisfied 32.6%, 67.4%, dissatisfied 0%. respondent characteristics (age, education, time care, occupation, person charge medicine cost) (intangibility, responsiveness, reliability dimensions) have no relation. significantly Empathy (35.4%) Assurance (47.5%). increase after round (P=0.007) (P=0.001) dimensions male patients higher than female (P=0.035). From results above, tangibility, need be improved implementing ward. It shall simultaneously enhance service.
